This air mattress works perfectly if it stays plugged into the wall. It will not hold air perfectly if it is blown up and then unplugged from the wall. If plugged in, there is a secondary silent pump that keeps the unit inflated to the desired firmness throughout the day/night.
It must be plugged in at all times in order to stay properly inflated.
