Is this for real?

Yes! While it may seem like the prices are too good to be true, it is very real! 

 

Can I browse in store or is it online shopping only?

You can browse in store for as long as you want! We are open to the public 10 AM - 6 PM, 7 days a week. Everything in stock on the website is available in the store. 

 

It seems like there are more items in the store than on the website, is that true?

Yes it is! There will always be more items that you can see in store than are available on the website. These fall into a couple different categories of items:

  • Items with imperfections or missing a piece (40 piece dinnerware set missing one bowl)
  • One-off items that we will not get again and do not warrant a listing on the site
  • Items that we are currently in the middle of processing and will be on the website once they are processed, but we do not know if they are ready for sale yet.

 

What is your return policy?

While we do not accept returns if you change your mind on an item, we do guarantee everything that we sell. If there are ever any issues with an item that you purchase from us we are happy to do whatever is necessary to make things right. We will replace, refund, swap out as necessary! Some issues that we have seen and refunded or replaced:

  • A manufacturer defect with an item from a sealed box
  • A microwave that worked great in testing in our shop, but stopped working two days later
  • An item where we forgot a component of the item (spoon rest for a rice cooker for examples).

We are always happy to mail you the replacement item if one is warranted so that you do not have to make an extra trip to our store.
